Terms & Conditions

1.Registration and Booking

Registration for any Success Path program constitutes a request to enroll in the selected program.

A booking becomes confirmed once the student has completed the registration process and paid the required amount according to the booking confirmation issued by Success Path.

Students must provide accurate and complete information and documents required for registration.

Success Path reserves the right to refuse or postpone an application if the requested program is unavailable or if the student does not meet the applicable requirements.

2.Fees and Payment

All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule stated in the quotation or booking confirmation.

All prices are stated in United States Dollars unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Students are responsible for any bank charges, transfer fees, or payment processing charges imposed by banks or payment providers.

Tuition fees and additional services are charged according to the details stated in the quotation and booking confirmation.

3.Cancellation and Refunds

Students may request cancellation of their program before the scheduled start date. Any refund will be subject to Success Path's applicable cancellation policy.

Any costs or charges relating to services already provided, completed, or paid to third parties and which cannot be recovered may be deducted from the refundable amount.

Once a program has started, fees relating to weeks or lessons already used are non-refundable.

Failure to attend a program after its start date does not automatically constitute cancellation and does not entitle the student to a refund.

4.Postponement and Change of Start Date

Students may request to postpone their study start date.

No additional postponement fee will be charged.

The new start date is subject to availability.

Postponement does not affect any specific conditions applicable to the program or any difference in price resulting from a change of program or services.

5.Long-Term Programs

Success Path offers long-term programs of six months, nine months, and eleven months.

Long-term programs are packaged programs with a specific start and end date and are booked as one complete program.

The special price offered for a long-term program is based on the student's commitment to the complete program.

A long-term program may not be divided into separate short-term bookings while retaining the long-term program price.

Student absence does not automatically extend the duration of the program.

Any request to change or cancel a long-term program will be subject to Success Path's applicable policies, taking into consideration the nature of the program and its scheduled start date.

6.Attendance and Absence

Students are required to attend their lessons regularly and according to the scheduled timetable.

Students must maintain an attendance rate of at least 85% of the total program in order to be eligible to receive a Certificate of Completion.

Students whose attendance falls below 85% will not be issued a Certificate of Completion.

If a student is absent due to illness or a medical reason, the student must provide appropriate supporting documentation when requested by Success Path.

Success Path may consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and supporting documentation provided.

Absence from lessons does not entitle the student to an automatic refund for missed lessons.

7.Late Arrival

Students are expected to arrive on time for all lessons.

Late arrival does not result in an extension of the lesson to compensate for the time missed.

Repeated lateness that affects the learning environment may result in appropriate action by Success Path.

8.Placement and Level Changes

Success Path may require students to complete a placement assessment before starting their program.

A student's level is determined based on assessment results, teacher evaluation, and the student's actual ability to use Arabic.

Success Path reserves the right to move a student to a different level if the teacher or academic management determines that the current level is not appropriate.

A student may be moved to a higher level if they demonstrate the ability to successfully participate in a higher-level class.

A student may also be moved to a lower level if their actual language ability indicates that additional work on the previous level is required.

Any level change is intended to ensure that the student receives instruction appropriate to their actual language ability and learning needs.

9.Educational Materials and Intellectual Property

All books, curricula, educational materials, training materials, digital resources, and other educational content provided by Success Path are the intellectual property of Success Path or their respective rights holders.

Students may use educational materials for their personal educational purposes only.

11.Activities

Some activities may form part of the student's educational experience and may be included in the tuition fee, depending on the program.

Other activities may be offered at an additional cost.

Fees for additional activities may vary depending on the type of activity, timing, and costs involved in providing the activity.

Students will be informed of the details and applicable cost of any additional activity before booking or participating.

12.Accommodation

Success Path offers different accommodation options for students who wish to use the accommodation service, subject to availability.

Accommodation options may include: Single Room, Twin Room, Studio, Hotel Accommodation, and Hotel Booking.

Meals are not provided as part of the accommodation service unless specifically agreed otherwise in writing.

Accommodation specifications may vary depending on the type, location, and accommodation provider.

Accommodation details will be provided to the student before the booking is confirmed.

13.Accommodation Placement Fee

An accommodation placement fee applies when the student requests Success Path to arrange accommodation.

The accommodation placement fee is non-refundable once the accommodation arrangement process has been carried out.

Success Path cannot guarantee the continued availability of a particular accommodation option unless the booking has been formally confirmed.

14.Accommodation Cancellation

Students wishing to cancel their accommodation must notify Success Path at least two weeks before the requested cancellation date.

Where cancellation is notified at least two weeks in advance, the cancellation will be handled according to the applicable accommodation booking conditions.

Where cancellation is notified less than two weeks in advance, Success Path reserves the right to deduct the equivalent of two weeks of accommodation from the amount refundable to the student.

Any amounts paid to an accommodation provider that cannot be recovered will remain subject to the accommodation provider's cancellation conditions.

15.Airport Transfer

Students may request airport transfer services through Success Path.

Students must provide accurate and complete flight details, including the flight number, arrival date, and arrival time.

Students must notify Success Path as soon as possible if their flight details change.

If the student fails to notify Success Path of a flight change or provides incorrect flight information, Success Path will not be responsible for the failure to provide the transfer at the originally scheduled time.

If a student uses another form of transportation from the airport, including a private taxi, without notifying Success Path, despite having booked an airport transfer through Success Path, the transfer service will be considered booked and the student will not be entitled to a refund.

16.Visa

Success Path may provide the educational documents required by the student in accordance with the registration process and the selected program.

Visa approval or refusal is solely the decision of the relevant government authorities. Success Path does not control or guarantee the outcome or processing time of a visa application.

Success Path does not guarantee that a student will obtain a visa.

Students are responsible for providing all required documents and information within the required timeframe.

17.Visa Refusal

If a student's visa application is refused, the student may request a refund of the amounts paid for the program.

The refund will be made after deducting the Registration Fee only.

All other amounts paid for services that have not been used will be refunded in accordance with Success Path's refund procedures.

The student must provide official documentation confirming the visa refusal.

18.Changes to Teachers, Timetables, or Groups

Success Path reserves the right to change teachers, groups, or timetables when necessary, provided that such changes do not materially affect the nature of the program.

A teacher may be changed due to operational requirements, academic considerations, or teacher availability.

Success Path will make reasonable efforts to provide an appropriate alternative where necessary.

19.Minimum Group Size

Group classes are subject to student enrollment and availability.

If the required number of students is not reached, Success Path may change the start date, combine the group with another suitable group, or provide an alternative educational arrangement.

Students will be informed of any material changes to their program as soon as reasonably possible.

20.Certificate of Completion

Students may receive a Certificate of Completion in accordance with Success Path's academic requirements.

Students must maintain an attendance rate of at least 85% and meet the applicable program requirements to receive the certificate.

The Certificate of Completion confirms completion of the program at Success Path and does not constitute academic or government accreditation unless expressly stated otherwise.

21.Photography, Video, and Media

Success Path reserves the right to photograph or record activities, events, excursions, classes, and other events taking place at the Academy or as part of programs and activities organized by Success Path.

Success Path may use photographs, videos, and recordings produced during such activities for informational, promotional, marketing, and communication purposes.

This may include publication on the Success Path website, social media platforms, advertising materials, brochures, and other media channels operated by or on behalf of Success Path.

Such content will be used for purposes related to promoting and presenting Success Path, its programs, services, and activities.

22.Student Conduct

All students are expected to behave respectfully within the Academy and during all programs and activities.

Students must respect teachers, staff members, and other students.

Harassment, bullying, discrimination, threats, abusive behavior, or deliberate damage to property will not be tolerated.

In cases of serious or repeated misconduct, Success Path reserves the right to take appropriate action, which may include a warning, suspension, or termination of the student's program.

23.Damage to Property

Students are responsible for any damage they intentionally cause or cause through misuse of property belonging to Success Path, accommodation providers, or locations used as part of the program.

Where responsibility is established, the student may be required to cover the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.

24.Force Majeure

Success Path shall not be responsible for the inability to provide a program or for significant changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, wars, civil unrest, government decisions, airport closures, or other exceptional circumstances.

In such circumstances, Success Path will, where reasonably possible, seek to provide an alternative arrangement, reschedule the program, or offer another suitable solution based on the circumstances.

25.Complaints

Success Path will review the complaint and make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
